Koli\u010dina, vrsta in \u010das njihovega vnosa vplivajo na raven glukoze v krvi, inzulinski odziv, ob\u010dutek lakote in sitosti ter na celotno presnovo.<\/p>\n<p>Kadar vnesemo ve\u010d ogljikovih hidratov, kot jih telo potrebuje, se prese\u017ena glukoza shranjuje v obliki glikogena v jetrih in mi\u0161icah ali pa se pretvarja v ma\u0161\u010dobo in nalaga v ma\u0161\u010dobnem tkivu. Dolgoro\u010dno lahko to prispeva k pove\u010devanju telesne te\u017ee, zlasti ob u\u017eivanju rafiniranih in predelanih ogljikovih hidratov, ki imajo veliko kalorij, malo vlaknin in hranil ter povzro\u010dajo hitra nihanja krvnega sladkorja.<\/p>\n<p>Po drugi strani je zmanj\u0161anje vnosa ogljikovih hidratov, kot so kruh, testenine in podobna \u017eivila, ena izmed u\u010dinkovitih strategij za zmanj\u0161evanje telesne te\u017ee. \u0160tevilne raziskave ka\u017eejo, da so prehranski pristopi z manj ogljikovimi hidrati pogosto u\u010dinkovitej\u0161i od diet z nizko vsebnostjo ma\u0161\u010dob. Ob manj\u0161em vnosu ogljikovih hidratov se praviloma zmanj\u0161a tudi apetit, kar lahko vodi do ni\u017ejega energijskega vnosa in la\u017ejega uravnavanja telesne te\u017ee.<\/p>\n<h3>Klini\u010dna raziskava: Belinal\u00ae po obroku zmanj\u0161a porast glukoze za 35 %<\/h3>\n<p>V interni, s placebom kontrolirani klini\u010dni raziskavi, v kateri je sodelovalo 31 zdravih odraslih oseb, se je pokazalo, da Belinal\u00ae, zau\u017eit pred obrokom z visoko vsebnostjo ogljikovih hidratov, zmanj\u0161a glikemi\u010dni odziv obroka za 35 % in tako prispeva k uravnavanju telesne te\u017ee. Belinal\u00ae je po \u0161krobnatem obroku za 35 % zni\u017eal porast ravni glukoze v krvi po jedi.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;167&#8243; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Rezultati raziskave na \u017eivalih \u2013 13 % ni\u017eja telesna masa v 8 tednih<\/h3>\n<p>Belinal\u00ae se je kot u\u010dinkovita sestavina za uravnavanje telesne te\u017ee izkazal tako v raziskavah na \u017eivalih kot tudi pri ljudeh. V osem tednov trajajo\u010di raziskavi na morskih pra\u0161i\u010dkih so imele tri skupine \u017eivali neomejen dostop do vode in so prejemale eno izmed naslednjih prehranskih shem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>osnovno, uravnote\u017eeno prehrano<\/li>\n<li>aterogeno prehrano (osnovna prehrana, obogatena z rumenjakom, svinjsko mastjo, fruktozo in holesterolom)<\/li>\n<li>aterogeno prehrano z dodatkom Belinal\u00ae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Po osmih tednih so se kon\u010dne telesne mase \u017eivali razlikovale za 13 %:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>923 g v skupini z osnovno prehrano<\/li>\n<li>1.049 g v skupini z aterogeno prehrano<\/li>\n<li>923 g v skupini z aterogeno prehrano in dodatkom Belinal\u00ae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Morski pra\u0161i\u010dki imajo podobno kot ljudje ve\u010dino holesterola v krvi vezanega v obliki LDL, imajo primerljive encimske poti pri sintezi holesterola in so zelo ob\u010dutljivi na vnos ma\u0161\u010dob s prehrano.
